in the top two pictures I was about 220
in the bottom two I am 199!
There isn’t a whole lot of noticeable difference yet but I can tell. I’m only 9lbs away from my first goal weight!
Almost a year and a half ago I weight 240 now I’m under 200!

I checked out this book3 weeks ago called the 4 hour body (trust me it’s not quite what it sounds like) I’ve been eating like he recommends in the book and its working SOOO well. For the first time since middle school I’m under 200lbs! I also ran 4 miles to day 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon. It was WAY easier than I thought it would be. Also on this diet/ eating style… I’m not even hungry very often… I like it a lot and I recommend it to anyone in my same boat. I alos wanted to say that I have no connection to this guy other than I really like his shit :) Click the pic to go to this website.

Heck Yeah!

Started this new eating plan last week and it is really easy… for the most part haha. Any way I haven’t done much exercise this week but I’m down like 9lbs… it is blowing my mind. I’m sure some of it is just like water weight or what ever. But you know what jeans that fit perfect on Saturday were huge on me on Thursday! If I can just lose 5 next week instead of almost 10 I’ll be my lightest weight since middle school!! 


All I want to do is be better… and I keep trying so hard… and I feel like I don’t get better fast enough. I feel like I’m never going to get good enough. I know thinks don’t happen over night but I feel like everyone expects me to be so much better and faster and stronger and tougher than I really am. I want to be a good as they think I should be but I’m just not.

Hooray

I am a very happy person this week! I just took my measurements and I am down 1.6% body fat this week! This is what I need! wooohooo! Plus my mile time is down 5 seconds and it should be down more than a minute tomorrow since I was dehydrated today. DRIK YOUR WATER PEOPLE… it makes you faster!

Who else is motivated by success?


I’ve just updated my current weight… I’m at 205.8. I was at 208.1 last week so yeah I’m pretty happy


I just made the best snack…it was an orange and straw berries dipped in a chocolate sause made of blue agave nectar milk and cocoa powder! So good and so healthy… I love getting a healthy chocolate fix! The only thing is my dad and I ate it all before I realized I should take a picture haha


1. People need to stop posting cheat foods oh my dash… makes me want them so much!!

2. Had another run today and cut 30 seconds off! I hope for another 20 tomorrow.
